At Pillow for Sleep Apnea, we are dedicated to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date your item is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, for us to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If you discover any damages, defects, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned simply due to a change of mind. These products will be clearly indicated on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific product, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest returning the original product first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
